#WeAreHistory – the tale of our 50 years
2023 was an important year. We celebrated our 50th anniversary first with the staff and their families, and then with all the customers who together with us have made this journey.
We quote President Daniele Ferrari's speech of thanks.
"It is a great honor to have you all here to celebrate with us this incredible event, our 50th anniversary.
Thinking about our history, of these 50 years, here among you are people who together with us have made this journey. And that's why I consider this event, the event of a true family, which for 50 years has worked together, shared beautiful moments together, shared difficulties, but always managed to raise its head and look to the future.
This year we wanted to celebrate this milestone with our employees, their families, and their children. We wanted to involve everyone because Dellas wants to be a family, a family that works together and also spends good times together. So we experienced a day planting, literally, plants, which is meant to be a sign for the future, to leave to our kids who were with us. We love our planet and we need to work on it, but there always needs to be an eye on what we then leave for future generations.
What was it that got us this far? We know there have been difficult times, but in Dellas we have always wanted to look one step ahead, one step into the future. We invested a lot in people, we invested a lot in research, we analyzed, you know very well, stones that you sent us from all over the world. We have over 3200 of them in our catalog, and through this collaboration we have been able to create tools to do your work better. So again, I emphasize this theme of family, because it is not us giving to you, just because you are our customers, but together with you we have created a fantastic business.
We have done the research, the research has allowed us to go into the future, and now we look with a good eye to the future. We like to see young guys in the company, new guys activating and being fascinated by this world, which is the world of stone, construction, and ceramics that are constantly evolving. An evolving that follows the trends of architects, that follows the tastes of our customers, and we are there that we want to make, precisely, a contribution. This contribution is made together. Alone we are a drop, if we all join together we make an ocean. And for that I wish us, you and your clients a truly happy future together".
With employee staff, we planted 200 Paulownia plants in Verona.

During the event with clients, artist and performer Serafino Rudari created a unique work of art. A painting made up of many precious bars, on which colors, brushstrokes and emotions of the moment were fixed. To each client we delivered an authentic piece of artwork, a symbol of uniqueness and collaboration together.
