New business partner in Mexico for the distribution of diamond tools in the ceramic industry
Dellas spa and Alorhum sign an important distribution and technical support agreement, which will bring countless solutions in response to a growing demand for technology and quality that the Mexican ceramic industry is experiencing.
The agreement came at a time of strong expansion for both entities: Dellas spa has been present in the Mexican market since 2018 and was looking for a local partnership to provide technical and logistical support for the distribution of its products; Alorhum, which for more than 20 years has specialized in the commercialization of raw materials and consumable tools on the end of the line for the ceramic industry, was looking for a partner with its own production that can design and supply innovative and high-performance diamond tools.

Martín Ontiveros is the sales manager of Alorhum's ceramics division (left in the photo). He is a sunny and sociable person with whom there has been a transparent and fair exchange of views from the very beginning. He is the experienced person who interfaces with Davide Veronesi (center in photo), Dellas spa sales manager in Central and South America.
The widespread and recognized presence of Alorhum on the lines, with the extreme elasticity of use of Dellas products, meant that the collaboration, which began only in October 2022, we immediately found practical and real feedback in the market.
After all, when the working philosophy is similar and shared and is based on values of honesty, respect and product quality, loyalty is higher.
The presence of Dellas products in prompt delivery in Alorhum's warehouses in Monterrey and San Luis Potosí allows companies in the local ceramic districts (San Luis Potosì, Zacatecas, Guanajuato and Monterrey) to obtain supplies in a timely manner, ensuring a high-quality product.
Today, in fact, their product and brand portfolio includes all lines of our diamond tools intended for squaring, lapping, cutting, profiling, honing and chamfering.
In October, at Obra Blanca Expo, in Mexico City, we will be present at the Alorhum booth to present our products to the public who will be visiting us. We will have a chance to evaluate the trend and forecast future trends, to achieve the goals from an integrated business perspective.

Nuevo socio comercial en México para la distribución de herramientas diamantadas en la industria cerámica
Dellas spa y Alorhum firman un importante acuerdo de distribución y asistencia técnica, que traerá innumerables soluciones en respuesta a una creciente demanda de tecnología y calidad que está registrando la industria cerámica mexicana.
El acuerdo llegó en un momento caracterizado por una fuerte expansión para ambas empresas: Dellas spa está presente en el mercado mexicano desde 2018 y buscaba colaboración local para brindar soporte técnico y logístico para la distribución de sus productos; Alorhum, especializada en la comercialización de materias primas y consumibles de final de línea para la industria cerámica desde hace más de 20 años, buscaba un socio con producción propia capaz de diseñar y suministrar herramientas diamantadas innovadoras y de altas prestaciones.
Martín Ontiveros es el director comercial de la división cerámica de Alorhum (a la izquierda en la foto). Es una persona soleada y sociable con quien enseguida hubo un intercambio de opiniones transparente y correcto. Él es el experto que interactúa con Davide Veronesi (en el centro de la foto), gerente de ventas de spa de Dellas en América Central y del Sur.
La presencia generalizada y reconocida de Alorhum en las líneas, con la extrema flexibilidad de uso de los productos Dellas, hizo que la colaboración que comenzó recién en octubre de 2022, inmediatamente encontráramos una respuesta práctica y real en el mercado.
Al fin y al cabo, cuando la filosofía de trabajo es similar y compartida y se basa en los valores de honestidad, respeto y calidad del producto, la lealtad es mayor.
La presencia de productos Dellas listos para entrega en los almacenes de Alorhum en Monterrey y San Luis Potosí permite a las empresas de los distritos cerámicos locales (San Luis Potosí, Zacatecas, Guanajuato y Monterrey) abastecerse en tiempo y forma, asegurando un producto de alta calidad.
